Intel® PAT 4.2 is Released
January 2009, Intel® Platform Administration Technology v4.2 is released. The latest Intel® PAT v4.2 supports more new platforms with Intel® vPro™ Technology in addition to Intel® PAT v4.1 supported platforms, including Intel® Desk Board DQ45EK and DQ45CB series. Intel® PAT v4.2 also supports Windows Vista on client, as well as provides client’s domain configuration in the server console. This release targets to global market, provides Intel® PAT user a more diversified choice not only on hardware platform but also on software platform.

Compared with Intel® PAT previous version 3.1, 4.0 was build with a different architecture. There is no more compatible limitation for Motherboard and hardware. It is more stable and effective, and brings me a better user experience. Besides, with its broadcast function, the applications can maintain a stable status up to 99% in 100M Ethernet working environments, which makes me very impressive.
