Intel® PAT 3.0 launched in Beijing
PRC Intel China unveiled Intel® PAT 3.0, the newest platform manageability solution for China’s iCafe industry, in Beijing on September 12. Attending the press conference were Intel SMG Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Yang Ian, Director of Intel China Software Center EMP SSG Yeung Minerva, and Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) General Manager Yang Kevin, including other industry representatives as well as members of the media. Along with the press conference, Intel also held a signing ceremony with its Intel® PAT strategic partner ECS and promoted ECS products based on Intel® PAT technology.

Intel®PAT was one of the hottest displays at ChinaJoy event
The 3rd annual ChinaJoy was held in the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center from July 20th to 23rd. ChinaJoy is a yearly event and is the biggest game exposition in China.
The Intel® Platform Administration Technology booth was one of the hottest displays at the event. Many iCafé owners from across the country were eager to get a look at Intel® Platform Administration Technology and to get a feel for how the technology works. With the help of Intel's engineers, they were able to get a feel for just how much Intel® Platform Administration Technology simplifies the management of networked computers by enabling all network management functions to be performed by the click of a mouse.
Intel®PAT win the excellent software honor
Intel® Platform Administration Technology recently won the Most Excellent Software Award at the Chinese International Software and Information Services Fair. This was the first time that an Intel product has won this honor.
The Chinese International Software and Information Service Fair is the biggest trade fair for Chinese software. It has been playing an increasingly influential role in the world software industry, and is an important event where many software corporations gather to do businesses. Needless to say, it also has strong support from the Chinese government.
As a leading multinational information technology company, Intel attended this software event eager to showcase its latest software products, and Intel® Platform Administration Technology was one of those products.
